We slow braise our pork loin in Michigan crafted Bell’s Amber Ale. Then we pile a ridiculous amount on top of a Brioche roll and top it with creamy coleslaw, fried onion tanglers and our house Carolina style BBQ sauce.

Two large hand-breaded chicken breasts covered in buffalo sauce, topped with pepperjack cheese, jalapeños, lettuce and tomato, topped with a buffalo celery slaw sauce.
Lake Erie Melt
Turkey, Root Beer glazed ham, melted cheddar and pepperjack cheese, with crispy bacon, fried onion tanglers and our signature BBQ sauce served grilled on chipotle swirl bread.
Lake Ontario Fish
Lightly breaded Pollock piled in a 9″ hoagie roll topped with creamy coleslaw and house made tarter sauce.
Lake Superior Burger
A massive burger topped with a homemade crispy, gooey fried cheese plank, bacon, lettuce, tomato and sautéed onions with a side of Great Lakes burger sauce.
